What Social Sunny does
Social Sunny helps you plan, film, edit, caption and schedule short videos for your business. Sunny AI writes script ideas and coaching notes; our software edits and captions the videos you upload and posts them to the social accounts you connect.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business. Keep your login private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for the businesses you add to it.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per account. You add a card when the trial starts. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your card is charged for the plan and billing period you chose.
Billing
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and don’t include taxes where they apply.
- Each plan includes a number of finished videos and businesses per billing period. Unused videos don’t roll over.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card details.
- If a payment fails, we’ll ask you to update your card. We may pause new videos until it’s fixed.
- We’ll tell you at least 14 days before a price change affects your plan.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Payments aren’t refunded for partial periods, but if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Your content
Your videos, scripts, logos and brand details stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you: editing, captioning, rendering and posting where you ask us to. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, logos and the people who appear in your videos.
AI-written content
Scripts, captions and suggestions are written by AI and can be wrong. Review everything before you post it. Sunny doesn’t give financial, legal, medical or tax advice, and nothing it writes is a promise of results. If your industry has rules about advertising or disclosures (for example mortgage, real estate, insurance or finance), you’re responsible for making sure your posts follow them.
Social accounts
When you connect a social account, we post only what you schedule or approve. You can disconnect it at any time. Each social network’s own terms still apply to your account and posts.
Fair use
Don’t use Social Sunny for anything illegal, misleading, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t try to break, overload or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Social Sunny running, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.
