Social Sunny

Tracking & privacy

Social Sunny uses optional measurement tools to understand visits, improve the website and measure which ads lead to new accounts.

These tools load only after you choose “Accept optional tracking.” You can decline them or change your decision with the Privacy choices button on any page. Your choice is stored in this browser.

Tools we use

• Google Analytics measures page visits and completed sign-ups. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Meta Pixel measures page visits and completed registrations to help us understand our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity, when configured, records interactions on our public marketing pages to help us understand how visitors use them. Page text is masked and recording stops on private app screens. Clarity privacy information.

These providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information and use cookies or similar identifiers. With your permission, our server sends completed sign-ups, trial starts and paid purchases to Meta. Your email address is normalized and SHA-256 hashed for Meta to match those events to ads; it is not sent as plain text. Google Analytics receives browser and session identifiers and transaction amounts, and does not receive your email or its hash. We do not send passwords, video scripts, card details or form contents. Analytics URLs remove sign-in codes, email confirmation messages and other private query values.

We store a temporary first-party marker after a successful sign-up so a page refresh does not count as another registration. It contains a random event ID and expires after one day.

If you withdraw consent, optional tracking stops and the page reloads. For signed-in accounts, we also save your current choice so later billing events can respect it. This does not remove information already received by a provider.
